Pumpkin Spice PanWaffles
You shouldn’t have to wait for fall to enjoy pumpkin. So don’t. Make the Pumpkin Spice PanWaffle. This recipe has an amazing pumpkin flavor with a hint of cinnamon and is perfect topped with whipped cream, or for an additional indulgence; cream cheese frosting.
INGREDIENTS (YIELDS 5 PANWAFFLES)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable or olive oil
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and let stand for 5 minutes.
Pre-heat pan for 2 minutes before pouring batter.
Pour enough batter into just the waffle part of the pan and cook for 1:30.
Hold handles together, flip and cook for an additional 1:30
