When we first invented the PanWaffle Pan we knew we had to make a great tasting product and a great pan. We believe we have done this. Our batter is a hybrid between a Belgium Waffle and fluffy pancake, and it creates a taste like nothing you have had before. Try the recipe below, or watch the video above and enjoy a fluffy pancake on the outside, crispy waffle in the middle in the one of a kind PanWaffle. It’s time you mixed up your morning!
INGREDIENTS (YIELDS 5 PANWAFFLES)
- 1 3/4 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 cup of butter melted
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and let stand for 5 minutes.
Pre-heat pan for 2 minutes before pouring batter.
Pour (1 cup) into pan and cook for 1:30.
Hold handles together, flip and cook for an additional 1:30
Carefully remove PanWaffle and enjoy!
