The High Protein PanWaffle
It’s that time of year again where everyone wants to get in shape. Normally that would mean no pancakes or waffles but not this year! These bad boys pack 14.5 grams of protein in every PanWaffle and taste delicious while being gluten-free and sugar-free.
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and let stand for 5 minutes.
Pre-heat PanWaffle for 2 minutes before pouring batter and spray with non-stick spray
Pour (1 cup) into PanWaffle and cook for 1:30.
Hold handles together, flip and cook for an additional 1:30.
Carefully remove PanWaffle.
