Nothing brings in the Holidays like the smell of gingerbread cooking, and no breakfast treat tastes as great as our Gingerbread PanWaffle. The rich taste of molasses, ginger, and cinnamon make this a must-have this Holiday Season.
- 1 3/4 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 3.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 cup of butter melted
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of ginger
- 1/4 cup of Molasses
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and let stand for 5 minutes.
Pre-heat PanWaffle for 2 minutes before pouring batter and spray with non-stick spray
Pour (1 cup) into PanWaffle and cook for 1:30.
Hold handles together, flip and cook for an additional 1:30.
Carefully remove PanWaffle and enjoy!
